2. Tell us what Features you need and want in your new home.
3. Select your lot, floor plan with features and receive an immediate price.
4. Make all your custom choices in the convenience of our Selections Gallery with the help of our Interior Design Consultant.
5. Review all final plans and selections and give us your authorization to start construction when you are completely satisfied.
6. Watch your new home built from the ground up with the finest quality materials and workmanship.
7. Perform your “New Home Presentation” walk-through prior to closing.
8. Close, move in and enjoy!
